When did the Catholic Church, the Ecumenical Council Decision will cease to pray to the saints?

PLEASE ONLY SERIOUS ANSWERS. I’ve been seeing some answers deny that Catholics pray to the saints. I was raised Catholic and I know that earlier were commmon to pray to Mary. There is a pattern for the loss of things, to travel for animals (pets), so pray with the words of Peter, the first pope apostolic. The list could go on. I want to know if by decree — – the Catholic Church comes out of prayer to the saints. Does this really happen or is it something that has “gone underground”. Do not give me the answer that you personally do not pray to saints. That’s good if you do not, however we are talking about the “organization of the church and not individuals.
