Official order 10-01-D, which created the DSA and testing requirements within, went into effect in January 2010. The official order also implements an Official Calfhood Vaccination for brucellosis (Bangs vaccination) requirement within the DSA, along with traceability requirements (individual identification) for animals within the DSA.
