A31. The regulations regarding completion of a SCREEN for persons requiring a sub-acute or rehabilitation stay in a RHCF have not changed. A completed SCREEN is required prior to any RHCF admission in accordance with 10 NYCRR 415.26 and Federal Regulations 42 CFR Part 483, Subpart C.
