When do operators have to publish the interfaces when launching a new service?
The Directive does not specify this other then stating that publication needs to be done before services are offered. Certain Member States may however require that publication is done a certain period before services are offered. Informally Member States however assume that this period should not exceed 12 months, whereas some Member States don’t wish to set a period at all.
