When do usually kids start puberty??
The only answer I can honestly give to this is that it depends on the individual involved. Sometimes girls can start from 10, boys a little older, depends upon the individual. As for the strength issues, it all depends, for example anybody who has worked with weights, or does a job that employs a lot of physical strength work, would probably be stronger than those who don’t, so a boy lifting a lot of stuff about may well develop muscle where a woman won’t, but for example a woman bus/lorry driver may have more muscle development than a normal guy. mike t.
