When do we need the dow command?
The dow command needs to be used if the initialization of BRAM is not selected in the option; you also need to use dow command if MicroBlaze is using off-chip memory. Some people have also found that if you want to run your code directly from XMD, you will need to download it (even if the on-chip BRAMs have been initialized) again before the “run” command will work.
