Supervisors and alternate approvers should verify the 9-090 Clearance Form has been created and submitted to Personnel. FPPS will update the DOI LEARN account for Federal Employees. If you need to have an account removed before the FPPS upload to meet mandatory training requirements, please contact your Bureau Data Steward. If the employee is a contractor, volunteer, partner, etc. please contact your Bureau Data Steward.
