When filling out the eBay Partner Network application form, I don’t see the “security” characters that I’m required to type in. Why is this happening?

Your web browser cookie settings are set too high. You may need to lower your cookie settings on your web browser. Your cookie settings are set differently for different browsers. If you are using INTERNET EXPLORER you need to go to: TOOLS / INTERNET OPTIONS / PRIVACY TAB. Lower the cookie setting by dragging the dial down. Then click apply, then OK.
