When I attach my phone with a USB Data Cable, SyncCell cannot access it, but Windows recognizes it as a “Mass Storage” device. What can I do?
Many phone models have a dual USB Connection mode. In order for SyncCell to be able to access these phones, the USB Connection on the phone must be set to “Data/Fax” or “COM/Modem”. This setting can usually be found on the phone’s “Settings” menu. Refer to your phone’s documentation for the specific menu location. Common models that this applies to are V3xx, V3t, V3i, L7, K1, and many models that contain additional memory.
