When I attempt to enter a response to a numeric data element using Transcriber mode, the program keeps beeping. What am I doing wrong?
If you are having trouble inputting numbers, you might try changing Transcriber’s Recognition mode to numeric. You can modify the mode via the command bar at the bottom of the screen. Tap on the icon that is second from the left to scroll through the options: “a” for all symbols, “A” for upper case letters, and “12” for numerals. Selecting “12” usually makes it easier for Transcriber to correctly recognize the input of numbers.
