A. There are four things to check: 1. Verify that the datacard is fully inserted and that it has been properly programmed. You can verify if the card contains data by cycling the power on the StreetPilot III/BMW Motorcycles Navigator and observing the second screen in the start-up of the unit. 2. When entering an address, spell out the name of the street you are looking for without placing North, South, etc. before the street name (ex. N. London should be entered as London). Also, do not include a street type such as Ave. or Dr., (e.g., "London Ave." should be "London"). Once the street name is spelled out, you will be able to select the correct street with the proper direction prefix and street type from a list of matching street names. 3.
