That website is the website of the company that is offering the job. JobSlinger hosts job postings from literally hundreds of different companies (although, to be sure, the larger companies account for a lot of listings). When you click on a JobSlinger listing, you are taken to the website of the company that posted the job, where you will need to log on if you want to apply for the job — and to do that, of course, you will need to register for an account. You will also usually be asked fill out a small application form. It is up to the scheduler of that company to approve your application and assign you to the job.
