When I click the preview button, I can view the picture but not hear the sound. Whats wrong?

The preview function in Cinematize is designed to help you locate the portion you want to extract, not to act as a full player. As a result, you can only preview video, not audio. Once you extract the segment, you will get both the video and the audio.
