When I click the Validate button to activate my Price tag Pro™ license, I get a message stating License Validation Failed. Why is this happening?
Occasionally during periods of extreme network congestion, the validation process can time out if a response is not received from the license server within 30 seconds. Wait at least one minute after the first failure, and try clicking ‘Validate’ again. If failure continues, try several more attempts waiting several minutes between each attempt.
