When I compiled using the ZXCOMP Manic Miner or Jet Set Willy which have been snapshoted from Lunters emulator, jump was turned on non-stop. Why?

This is due to the joystick emulation which is different on ours and Lunter’s emulator. Manic Miner (and JSW too) test for the presence of a joystick only when the initial screen is displayed, then it only acts in accordance to this first test. To correct this, load snapshot into Warajevo, press BREAK in these games to go to initial screen, then re-snap the game again. This snapshot can then be compiled correctly. Q: Warajevo does not correctly emulate Issue2/Issue3 effect. When I try to detect which version of Spectrum Warajevo emulates, it seems that this is not either Issue2 nor Issue3… A: Yes, you are right, but we think that this is just an advantage of the Warajevo emulator.
