When I entered the teacher ratings I included each teacher’s name but the charts and report simply show ‘teacher 1′, ‘teacher 2′, etc. How can I include their actual names in the report?

When I entered the teacher ratings I included each teacher’s name but the charts and report simply show ‘teacher 1′, ‘teacher 2′, etc. How can I include their actual names in the report?

On the teacher entry screen, right next to the field into which you entered the teacher’s name is a checkbox which must be checked in order for the teacher’s name to be displayed on the charts and within the report.
