If you have an Ovi Music Unlimited (a k a Comes With Music) subscription on your Ovi Music account, you should be able to download music from Ovi Music for free. If you are being asked to purchase tracks, please check the following: • Use Ovi Player to access Ovi Music. • Make sure you have logged in with the correct username. During the migration from Nokia Music to Ovi Music, you username may have changed. Try adding OVI to the end of you username (f ex myusernameOVI) and check your email inbox for any communcation from Nokia about your new username. • Once logged in to your Ovi Music account, make sure that you are using your Registered PC. To confirm this, go to Account > Music account, and scroll down to Registered devices. If you are still unable to download free music, for example if you cannot find you new username or you do not have the option to register the PC, contact Nokia Care and make sure to include the IMEI number of your Ovi Music Unlimited (or Comes With Music) devic
