When I look at a requisition that Materials has processed, theres a green next to some, JIT and Ps next to some. What do these mean?

A. P the entire item quantity was available and transferred BO items on backorder. If the item was added to an existing purchase order ON ORDER appears in the PO Number column; if a new purchase order was created for the item, the purchase order number appears in the PO Number column. O fill-or-kill items that cannot and will not be filled; items are designated as fill-or-kill when they are assigned to a location that does not have the Allow Backorder checkbox marked. JIT just-in-time item; a purchase order is automatically created for these items. If the item was added to an existing purchase order, ON ORDER appears in the PO Number column; if a new purchase order was created for the item, the purchase order number appears in the PO Number column. PO a partial quantity for the line item has been filled; the remainder has been killed. Any items that are partially filled and have quantities on backorder will have BO in the status column.
