When I open some PDF forms, Foxit Reader pops up a message asking to download the latest Adobe Reader. Why?

Because they are created with a newer version of Adobe reader. Without a newer version, some form elements might not be visible in Foxit Reader. Please note that it is not a bug. And we will consider removing it in later versions.
