When I select a feature / tool from Database and DBA option from the main menu, I get an error message table not found. Why is that?

Database and DBA menu option is for those users who are logged into Oracle with DBA privileges, or have access to underlying System objects. Some tools from the Tools option such as Rollback Segments Manager, SQL Stats manager etc. may show the same error message.
