When I start TotalLab and open one of my images, the Scanner component is loaded instead of the component. I don want to scan a new image – why can I not analyse my the one I selected?

If you want to start a new analysis of an image you have already scanned when you start TotalLab, you should click on one of the first three buttons in the Control Centre. These will create an experiment from the image you select and will load it into the relevant analysis component of TotalLab.
