You are getting this message as you are not entering the correct Tata Indicom Number and the password. In case you forgot the password, please click on “Forgot Password” link and answer the Hint Question to retrieve the password. The Password will be sent to you either through email or SMS. In case you have not changed you initial PIN/Password yet or forgot the initial PIN/Password, then please contact Customer care at 121 for Post-Paid and dial 9246012345 for Pre-Paid for the password.
