When I try to scan a network drive, I get an error “Access Denied”. Whats wrong?
“Access Denied” errors are most likely related to a configuration issue of the scan permissions. Please ensure the user account of the SpaceObServer system service (“SpaceObServer Agent”) has read access to the scanned shares. The user “System” for example may not have sufficient access permissions to network shares (See: “How can I switch the login…”).
