When I turn off the personal watercraft with JetControl, will the rider be able to start the jet ski again?

The rider / jet ski operator will not be able to start the jet ski until the rental supervisor allows them to start. By using the HandBox and pressing the “re-start” button this will allow the jet ski to then be re-started.
