When I use Hippowdon LV.X’s “Sand Reset” Poke-Power, can I return the Energy attached to my Pokemon in play, and the Pre-evolved Pokemons’ cards to my deck?

Since the Sand Reset Poke-Power has the effect of returning all cards on both players’ sides, except for Pokemon cards, to the deck, the Pre-evolved Pokemons’ cards can’t be returned. In your example, only the Energy cards attached to the Pokemon can be returned to the deck.
