When I use Simple mode, Onux works fine, but when I go into advanced mode, Onux takes forever to load. Why is Onux hanging up?
This is caused by your hard drive containing too many files for Onux to handle in a brief scan. So, Onux is scanning your hard drive in order to list all your files and folders. You can either be patient and wait for Onux to scan your hard drive, or clean up your hard drive so you don’t have so many files on it. In the future we will have this minor issue resolved. It is minor because most people don’t ever experience this problem.
