When I use the touchscreen, the mouse cursor doesn't follow my touch, how can I fix that?

If the mouse cursor doesn't correspond to the location of your touch, then you will have to run the 4-point or 25-point calibration. The instruction manual is in your driver CD or could be downloaded from our website under the driver download section. If you don't see touchscreen controller listed under "Controller List" after you launch the Touchkit Configure Utility, please do the following: First make sure that the USB connector is plugged into your PC. And then under Windows XP, click on Start, right click on My Computer, and select Properties. Click on the Hardware tab, click on Device Manager, and click on the + sign next to Mice and other pointing devices to expand the list. If you see a device named USB Touchscreen Controller (Universal), that means Windows is using the wrong driver for your touchscreen.
