In Windows 98, unlike in Windows 95, DLL files by default are set as hidden files. To see DLL file, you need to turn on display of hidden files in Windows 98: • In Windows 98, click the Start button, and then select Settings, Folder Options. • Select View and Folder Options. Click the View tab, and then make sure that the radio button, “Show all files,” is selected. Click OK.
