Let’s see if I can give you some ideas for how to celebrate this happy holiday. Technically, it’s National Ice Cream Day rather than National Ice Cream Sundae Day. The whole month of July was designated as National Ice Cream Month by Ronald Reagan in 1984. When celebrating National Ice Cream Day, he called on all Americans to observe it with “appropriate ceremonies and activities.” (Reference: IDFA). What better way to observe and celebrate National Ice Cream Day than by having an Ice Cream Sundae Party?!
