When is it the right time to honor military hereos?
The issue with this question has already come hundreds of times in this forum in the past 6 months. We know that this question pertains to the essay contest for $10,000 from the VFW which can be found at the link below. All the advice I can give you is that you should write the essay because you want to and not because you want to benefit with financial gain. Also, it should be your own reasons and thoughts on when the military should be honored and not what strangers tell you. You may say that you care about the military, but in asking this question, it shows you don’t. You are asking us when we think the military should be honored, so this essay would not be YOUR words. Essentially, you want real veterans to answer the question for you so that you can try to win $10,000. In all reality, that is just a tad bit disrespectful and shows that you truly care nothing for the military.
