When is the best time to eat, before or after a workout?
If you are going for maximal muscle growth eating hi protein meals before and after a workout is essential. At first you may want to eat at least 30-45 mins before working out, and then at least 20-30 mins after, but if you are looking to increase muscle mass you should eat 5-7 meals a day and with that your metabolism will increase and so will your ability to digest food faster, so you can eat 15 mins, or as much as you discover is comfortable for you, before and after workout.
