Trash and curbside recycling services are provided by the city of Sugar Land through their contractor Allied Waste Services. Service begins automatically when you move in. To have a blue recycling bin delivered to your home, call the Public Works Department at 281-275-2450 or email solidwaste@sugarlandtx.gov. It takes approximately 10 working days to have the bin delivered to your home. Trash is collected on Tuesday and Friday. Recyclable materials are collected on Tuesday. If a pickup day falls on one of three observed holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years), pickup occurs on the following day.
