When job ads for receptionists ask for a bubbly personality, do they really find the person they desire?

I have never seen an add requesting a “bubbly” personality, but they probably don’t want someone who is quite or awkward because it would make people uncomfortable. The receptionist has to make people feel welcomed; and plenty of them do so I am sure that the companies do find what they are looking for.

Those who write job ads and want a bubbly personality, are lying. They really want a calm and controlled person, with, hopefully, a nice smile, who can twist people around their little finger. Like me. or they really want a bubbly personality, with nice legs, and for something else, alltogether.
