When moving from one apartment to another, what are great moving tips?
My biggest moving hack isn’t really a hack, but it’s to pay professionals to pack my stuff (or at least my kitchen). If I could find someone to pay to unpack my stuff, I would.. If you do hire packers and movers, get references, make sure they are bonded and insured, and look for one who insures on value, not weight. Flat screen TVs don’t weigh much but aren’t cheap to replace. Also look for movers and packers who stand by their estimate. There are tons of horror stories of movers who quote one price and then double it after doing the work. Only work with movers who will not charge you more just because they moved slowly or are terrible at estimating.
