When printing color pages on plain paper, why does the printer always get a paper jam near the fuser?

Even though the paper may be 20 lb bond, if the file is full color or has a lot of color the Media setting in the PPD should be set to Medium-Heavy or Heavy. This will prevent the paper jamming and the toner will fuse properly.
