When re-installing IntraVUE there was a message that options could not be installed because eTomcat was not uninstalled. What should I do?

You must delete the folder “c:\Program Files\autoip\tomcat5”. Then run the executeable program in “c:\Program Files\autoip\instext” that begins with ‘SetupOptions’.
