When should i start giving my six months baby water to drink?

Normally it is ok for a 6 month old to start to drink water. But yoru baby is consuming so little formula that I wouldn’t offer her a single drop of water. I’d do everythign in my power to get that formula up by at least 10 more ounces before I’d offer her anythign else.
