To fix the problem, go to your BlackBerry home screen and select Options > Advanced Options > Applications, then scroll down to select (highlight) the Unbound Medicine application. Hit the menu button and select Edit Permissions. Scroll down to Interactions and highlight the setting. Click your trackball and select Allow. Hit the menu button and select Save.
