All unit stat reports (first reports, subsequent reports, and correction reports) filed with WCRB are tracked for both timeliness (delinquent) and accuracy, and become subject to our fining program if they are not resolved. Fines are assessed on all unit stat reports in a rejected status if they are not successfully processed per the reporting schedule found in the WI Statistical Plan Manualand/or the date of the reject letter exceeds 60 days.
