If providers use the Adobe version of the EC-4NARR or the EC-4AMR they have to separately send copies to the carriers. Carriers will have the opportunity to receive the EC-4NARR or the EC-4AMR as part of the XML batch process by working with a Board Authorized XML Submission Partner.
