When will Form 1099 for 2009 dividends be mailed?
If you hold your shares through a broker, please contact the broker directly with questions regarding your Form 1099. If you hold your shares directly, you should receive a Form 1099 from Wendy’s/Arby’s transfer agent, American Stock Transfer & Trust Company (AST) with your December 15, 2009 dividend (for dividends totaling $10 or more). Please contact AST if you did not receive your 1099.
