When will implantation bleeding occur?

First of all, implantation bleeding doesn’t always happen. In fact, it’s more uncommon, than common. Second, it’s hard to tell from your question where you are in your cycle. If you would experience implantation bleeding, it is generally pretty light and occurs anywhere from about 6-12 days after ovulation. In some women that have it, it may come earlier or later…it just depends on when you conceived and how long it took for the sperm to meet and fertilize the egg. I had what my doctor thought was implantation bleeding and it occured 3 days after my period was due and one day after my positive home test. It just goes to show that pretty much anything can happen to anyone and each pregnancy is different. Best wishes for a BFP and your hubby’s safe return!!
