When will my chihuahuas ears stand up?
Chihuahuas ears stand at different points. Sometime they stand from very early on and other times they stand and fall. I had one chi whose ears were still floppy at 6-9 months and even after a year they’d be floppy when he slept. Now they never flop. Be patient. Most chis will have ears that stand. It’s fairly rare when they don’t. The other poster is right that they may go back and forth as well. If they have/ or do even stand at any point, they will eventually. Most chis have erect ears by 6 months old though.
