BA Miles will usually be awarded into members’ accounts 24 hours after you upload your award file or enter the member’s details into the “Award BA Miles” section of the BA Miles Partner Programme site. For email and printed certificates once the member has entered the details into the Exchange Certificate pages on ba.com/exchangecertificate (link to page)then the BA Miles will be in the member’s account within 36 hours.
