When will my sprained ankle heal?
You seem to have a first-degree ankle sprain. Thankfully, this is the most minor one. It will take about 2-3 weeks to heal. I advise you do something to ensure that you don’t injure it again, like wrapping it in a bandage to immobilize it and increase support. This way you won’t move bend it too much. If you want to accelerate the healing, I advise using a product called the FASTT patch. It is designed to heal these injuries in a matter of days instead of weeks. Consult your mother and your doctor if you are interested. However, either way I advise wrapping your ankle to prevent further damage.
