When will Somers hold public clinics for the H1N1 Vaccine?

An H1N1 Flu Clinic will be held Tuesday, January 5, 2010 from 3-5 PM at the Somers Town Hall Auditorium (lower level, rear entrance of building). This clinic is open to all those interested in receiving the vaccine for the first time or second dose (for children 10 or younger that have already received their first dose). The inoculation is free, and no appointment is necessary. Please print out and complete the “Influenza A (H1N1) Public Provider Vaccination Administration Record” and bring it with you to the clinic. The clinic is being administered by Somers Community Health and Wellness Association, and Home and Community Health Services of Enfield. Please direct any questions you may have to Judith Snyder of Somers Community Health and Wellness Association at 860-749-5411. The State of Connecticut Department of Public Health has eliminated risk group restrictions for receiving the H1N1 Flu vaccine.
