When will the consumer receive their 3 day 2 night get away vacation certificate?
View Transcript Your customer will receive their 3 day 2 night get away certificate when they get activated on to the service. So the way that works is that occurs at the next meter read. So let’s say that the meter read happens 2 days before you signed the customer up. It’s going to be about another month before they get their welcome letter and that get away weekend certificate. If on the other hand, a week from now is their meter read, then what would happen is that they would get switched to Ambit at that point. That would trigger the letter and with the welcome letter comes the 3 day 2 night get away weekend certificate.
