When will the south side yard of Downtown Repalone be more integrated into the facility?
The billion dollar remodel of the side yard is currently in the planning stages, and construction should be completed by late 2015. Although many zoning variances are required, these are being delt with by our multi-phase environmenal impact report working it’s way though the bueauracracy all the way up to city council. Three lavish entertainment towers with underground parking will be added including expanded condiment gardens and a drive-in movie theatre.
