Where and how often can a change of the COB be reported? What happens if no COB is reported?
The reporting in of a COB must be done no later than 60 minutes before STD and after that as often as necessary to the operation centers (traffic data center, OBCCOS, airline). This is to be done by telephone or via the provided communication systems. If a COB is not reported in, the affected flight will be planned based on ROF or given ETD.
