The Bull and Bush Hotel is a budget hotel and it is one of the cheap hotels in Kingston upon Thames. If you book in advance, you might get a double en-suite room for £39. Behind the hotel there are social hosing flats and I did not have any problems at all and stayed there for 11 nights. Good thing is, you get free parking near the hotel and free WIFI.
